(For Inspiration) Training for breathing
To keep the Spirometer straight:
1) Take a long breath out of your mouth.
2) Then put Spiriter's Mouthpiece in your mouth and breathe slowly
3) When you breathe like this, the balls will come up. (The rising ball will be seen depending on my lungs if it is one or two or three)
4) Keep 4-5 seconds to not fall back on the rising balls (This is 4-5 seconds of life pain)
5) Take the air pipe off your mouth slowly and breathe out of your mouth after 5 seconds.
(For Expiration) Practicing for breathing.
1) breathe slowly and breathe heavily.
2) Then put Spiriter's mouthpiece on your mouth and breathe long.
3) Balls will rise when they are sleeping.
4) Count from 1 to 8 while breathing.
5) 8 then take the air pipe out of your mouth and take a break.
